How to Help BCATH

BCATH grew out of a concept when a handful of concerned people started working to make sure Boulder had transitional housing units for people who were working there way out of homelessness. Today, we rely on the kindness and generosity of many supporters to make our services successful. Below is information about how you can join the family of volunteers, donors, and supporters who have made our agency the great success that it is.

Donations

Call us at 303-468-4310 to make a donation or make checks payable to BCATH and mail them to 4869 North Broadway, Boulder CO 80304.

BCATH is grateful for all the generous donations that continue to help the residents moving through our transitional housing program. BCATH is a 501(c)3 organization: all donations are tax deductible. Your contribution will be leveraged with expertise and efforts of many human services professionals working with BCATH to provide housing services for the homeless and those at imminent risk of becoming homeless.

$20 provides housing and support services for 1 night for an individual or family.
$100 provides cleaning and fresh paint to help ensure a well maintained apartment when new residents move in.
$350 replaces a broken refrigerator
$1000 gives an upgrade for an entire unit

Wish List

BCATH must upgrade the windows in all of the apartments. The current windows are single pained and very drafty. We also have a number of units that need all new carpeting.If you can help with donating and/or installing high quality windows or help with the purchase and/or installation of new carpeting, please contact us at 303-468-4310.

Volunteer

We are always looking for volunteers to:
+ move residents in and out
+ provide labor for general and skilled maintenance
+ help in the office with administrative and fundraising duties
